“The Copernicus Journal of Political Studies" no 1/2014

I invite you to submit articles, reports and book reviews for the second 2014 issue of “The Copernicus Journal of Political Studies” which is going to be entirely devoted to political parties and party systems.

The aim of the volume is to analyze changes in contemporary political parties and in their environment.  Articles dealing with the theory of political parties and the methodology of party research are also welcomed. Articles can be devoted to political parties from Poland, Europe and other parts of the world as well as to “international” parties.

The proposed topics include:

1. The ideological pragmatization of political parties
2. Strategies of political parties in a changing environment
3. Organization of political parties
4. Members and activists of political parties

The articles should be written in English, have no more than 6000 words (including footnotes, bibliography, tables, graphs, etc).  Each article must be preceded by an abstract and 3 - 5 key words. Book reviews and reports should have no more than 2000 words.
